I have to continue working full time, so I would prefer online part time school (or otherwise manageable while working 40+ hours per week).
I live in WA.
I have a BSN with a 3.0 GPA
I have looked into Gonzaga. I am concerned with clinical hours and preceptorship, though. I don't want get in over my head.

Is there a question? Are you looking for a hospital that will pay 100%? You are going to have a hard time finding that. Most hospitals only pay a certain dollar amount a year, if anything at all.

I think she said her employer will pay 100%. Which is super rare.
In all honesty, working 40 hours a week will make it hard to do clinicals. You have to do so many clinicals a semester. I am in a 3 year program and so 2 years is devoted to clinicals. Some schools can turn students out in 2 but usually at least 1 semester is devoted to general classes so it's really 1.6 years. I'll take the slower pace so I can work at least 24 hours a week. I am looking at dropping part-time soon and keeping per diem spots. I'll cough up more in terms of health insurance but it'll be easier scheduling.
Like regular nursing school, online isn't 100% online. You will have clinicals. The more you work, the less time for clinicals.

Almost all schools require you to find a preceptor, especially online schools. It's a huge pain and many student shave to sit out semesters because they can't find one.
Most of the other schools in WA are all brick and mortar. UW is extremely expensive even for instate tuition and is DNP only. There is also Seattle U, PLU, WSU etc
Keep in mind when you hit clinicals, working full time probably won't be an option. You follow a preceptor's schedule not the other way around.
