Emory Spring 2021 Nurse Residency Atlanta

Hey everyone! I just applied to the Spring 2021 Residency here in Atlanta! I'll be graduating this December. I wanted to make a forum so everyone who has applied to this residency, or any residency in Atlanta, can stay up-to-date and informed! I'm so excited!! I am waiting for Piedmont to post the residency application for Spring 2021 as well

Hey everyone! I am in the process of applying to Emory and I have a super quick question.. for the question that asks "What is the highest level of education you have completed?" are y'all putting "some college" since we don't graduate until December?

Does anyone know when Northside Residency program for Spring 2021 is scheduled to start? It doesn't say on their website or application. I applied to a few residency positions there but I'm not scheduled to graduate until April 4th 2021 so maybe I applied too soon. Hopefully I can still land an interview though.

Hello everyone, I graduate in December as well and I hav applied to Piedmont (Atlanta and Henry), emory, and Grady. I got an email back from a recruiter from Piedmont wanting to set up a call but I haven't heard back. Nothing from Grady or Emory. Has anyone heard anything back yet. I am hoping to get into a CVICU.

Hey! I put some college since we don't have the degree yet ?

Hey! Which recruiter was it that said they wanted to set up a call? I contacted a recruiter there on Monday and havent heard anything, do you think it would be okay if I contacted another recruiter?

I think you applied to soon! They all start February/March, I believe you would be the Summer 2021 Residency Cohort

I kinda figured that but I have heard of some residency programs still hiring students in my situation and just placing them in the next cohort. If not I'll apply again in a few months! Thanks!

When did you last hear from XXXX?

I last heard from her Monday Sept 14 and Im awaiting a response back. XXXX responded the same day. When did you apply and have she responded back to you?

Hey, I just got the same email to set up a call! I'm so excited, yet nervous, I need to prepare!

awesome. the phone interview was not that bad at all, as I had mine on yesterday. The standard question expected from a recruiter. I got invited to came in for an interview  with CVICU, MSICU and CICU managers. Good luck on your interview.
