Emory DABSN 2nd Cohort

Hi peeps,

I am currently in the process of finishing up my DABSN application for Emory Univ. But I have received an email for an interview here soon. I am wondering if there are other people out there considering this program as well. If so, you are more than welcomed to share. Also if you are applying for the Spring semester of April 2019 I would love if we could chat since there is a possibility we may be in the same program together. Anyway, send me some positive feedback.

I asked them about the timeline in mid-July and they said they were still reviewing...

@LP7612 when did you apply and when did you get your decision?

I applied in May 2018 and got accepted August 2018 and started cohort 2 in April 2019.

So it looks like 10/15 will be decision release date per the site. Unless someone has heard differently recently?

When you are on application page where it list all items needed and items checked off. At the top there are listed dates for each program.

On your actual comment there is a edit button?.

Hey guys I have actually been looking at a few of emorys nursing programs and just wanted to let anyone new who is thinking about it that you no longer have to be CNA certified and you do not have to submit GRE scores. Also if you are trying to take a few prereqs online the advisor there recommended Portage Learning to me!
