@HopefulMay I saw your previous post a few years ago. Did you end up at Emory for ABSN?

@jebeh2018 I ended up getting waitlisted. I currently attend an Accelerated program in Tennessee, and set to graduate in December. It ended up being a really good (and cheaper) path!

Has anyone who has applied not been notified about their status? I applied by the August first priority deadline and have had no contact since. They had said it would take longer than the MSN applications to get decisions.. I’ve applied to the BSN to DNP nurse midwifery program.

Hey @AmyS4,

I emailed the nursing department a few weeks ago because I too submitted my application by that August 1st deadline but they explained to me that the BSN-DNP deadline wasn't until October 1st, So our decision won't be released until after November 15th.

HopefulMay, thank you for that information! That's encouraging. I've seen some MSN students getting acceptance notifications and I was starting to lose heart.

I was waist-listed back in November but haven't heard anything since. I'm going to Yale though so I'm not waiting to hear back... Have you not heard anything about decisions?

Nope but i called this week, Turns out we wont hear anything till March. No news is good news!
