Emailed Nurse Manager, No Response Back - Contact Again?

Hi everyone,

I applied for a new grad program and my acquaintance gave me the email of a nurse manager of a unit for the hospital. I emailed the NM back in April and she responded almost immediately and said she would look out for my application. The application progress progressed, and so I recently sent a second email (about 2 weeks ago) to reintroduce myself and remind the NM of who I was. I haven't heard back yet, so I was wondering if it would be appropriate to reach out again? I connected the new email to the old email thread so the NM could look back on our previous conversation. I don't want to be too pushy so I'm not sure what to do next or if I should just leave it alone. Thanks in advance!
