What would alter the way meds are metabolized? What medical history does the patient have? What meds do they take? Different meds cause different issues. Diuretics cause electrolyte imbalances. Lanoxin can build toxicity. Steroids make glucoses go wild. DO they have renal failure? Do the body systems function like they did when they were 22? Do they digest/absorb food as well as they did at 22? Have they had any gastrointestinal surgeries?
What do you think?

Decreased albumin levels so they have more free drug. Can be stored in teeth, fat, tissue - and released at any given time. Clearance rate.... Do they know what meds they are taking and what they are for? IfThey administer their own meds can they even differentiate between them. What OTC drugs do they take.
