Elder care research materials

I work for a sociology professor and we are doing research on caregivers and patients in long-term care facilities. We are looking for any journal articles, books, or similar that provide detailed information on what goes on in long-term care facilities from both the viewpoints of caregivers and patients. We have found some material on our own, and undergraduate students will be completing interviews with caregivers over the semester, but we are looking for more material for our analysis.
