Elcentro fall 2017

I know its super duper early.. I'm still in the process of taking my pre reqs.. I still need biol 1406 & bio 2401 I made a B in engl 1301 & A in psyc 2301.. I plan on taking bio 1406 in fall & bio 2401 in winter semester. Im taking as many supporting classes as I can to rack up on the extra points. I currently attend collin but they have so many more requirements than el centro so in the event i do not get accepted into elcentro the following semester I will apply at collin.. I still need Hesi & all my shots along with cpr.. anyone in the same situation? Or just getting the process started?? I figured I'd start a thread to help us all get over this together.. feel free to comment advice, concerns or questions :)

Well that's understandable because I was wondering why they did that they are probably looking for good test takers. I was wondering why they made such a huge increase in the scores. If you think about it a lot of people probably only aimed for 70% when they took the Hesi entrance exam. People probably only met the minimum when they took their exit Hesi exam as well

Morning ladies, I have been following everyone comments and the best thing I can say is pray for the best regarding the el centro program.

I applied with 37 points and I hope I get in theses scores.

I think that it should 37 is a lot. When I called the guy ----------------- picked up the phone and told me that he couldn't give out any information. I think if you have in the high 20's you should be okay. Best of luck

When should we start to hear back?

Notification letters go out the 30th of this month. But that's a Sunday so should go out in the mail May 1st.

Yes that means not until the first week of May....I'm so depressed about April 30th falling on a Sunday. The closer we get to the deadline makes me just want to throw up. Knowing my mail person (she always leaves stuff at the post office) I'll have to go up there to get my mail she is the worst.

My city doesn't even have its own zip code lol. We share royse city's and our mail lady doesn't come till like 4 o clock. I'm used to living in Dallas and she came at like 10am lol

From previous post it seems that they got their letters on time. So maybe the 29th or May 1st we should know something. I'm so nervous it will be here before we know it.
