I applied to El Centro for the Spring 2011 class. Did anyone else?

I have tried several times calling the phone number, all you get is recording and operator never available. I need to find out so if I don't get accepted I can retake the HESI. There isn't many more times they offer it before the next application period. I don't really understand why they waited to the last week to get these signed off on, when we turned them in on August 31.......just a thought. I would like to know either way so I can plan what is next.....FRUSTRATED!!!!!

It is frustrating. If you got an email, at least you know that your app has been processed. It seems like every school has been late with their responses...Brookhaven as well.

I was just checking this thread to see if anyone had received their letter of acceptance/denial. Then my wife came in with the mail. Lo and behold there was a letter from el centro. I got in. So, expect your response at any time. And good luck to all.

Sure. It was 18.0 by my calculations with a 96.73 composite hesi.

They sent me a denial letter because I didnt include a transcript that I sent directly to them because the school would not release it to me. It also shows on Northlake's website that they have it...Im mad, I just sent an email to them trying to explain the situation but Im sure it wont make a difference.

Well I didn't get in.:crying2: Signed up to retake HESI on Nov. 17 and then applying for fall 2011. Hope you all get in, and congrats to those who do.

I haven't got any letter yet.

Does everybody receive an email from ***** today about the criminal background check? She mentioned that if the people are accepted, they should wait for further instruction?

I wonder if this letter is sent to every applicant or only to the one who got accepted...

Hello All,

I see that some of you have gotten letters and the wait is still on for some of you. I would just like to say don't give up if this is really what you want to do. It is discouraging when you try so hard for something and then it just doesnt go as well as you planned. I wish everybody luck and hope that if you didnt get in this time that you will make it the next time around!
