Hello All!! I know it is VERY early to be thinking about this but the process to get in takes quite a long time. I wanted to make a thread to help us all get through the application process together, share problems, feelings, etc. :)

I have 26 points

Kelly4isabel, let's cross our fingers and feet, hoping we get in. Lol! I'm also applying with 26 points.

Yes fingers crossed. Good luck

Hey everyone! I was in this program at North Lake fall 2014. I failed lecture class by one point so I have to reapply and do all this over again. it's really upsetting for me to have failed but everything happens for a reason. so I'm hoping to get accepted again and do a whole lot better :)

i sent in my stuff to sentry last Tuesday and I just got an email an hour ago saying that I was compliant. I'm applying with 31 points.

How many points to you need to pass the classes? How many times do you have to fails it? If you do not mind me asking.

sentry cleared. I sent mine January 14th.

I am sure you will be given a spot again because you have 31 points.

How does nursing program works? Does the student will be withdrawn from the program if she/he fails one class on first semester?

I was making a 79 in lecture class. the hesi is 30% of our final grades so that brought my grade to a 75.1 which is failing. 75.5 is passing. the hesi is pretty difficult. very few students do well. most people score around 60-80.

depends on which class you fail. if you fail lecture then you have to reapply into the program and do everything all over again (even if you pass everything else)

if you fail anything else I don't think you have to reapply.

I'm applying with 27 points. I still haven't been cleared by sentry, but then again, I submitted my documents on the 29th haha.

What is the schedule like? I'm trying to apply for jobs, but I'm scared it might interfere with my school schedule.

I received an email from SentryMD yesterday, and I am complaint.
