Hello everyone, my name is Cindel and I will be applying for fall 2015. I turned in my application today and I am supper excited!!!! The girl in the front confirmed that only three forms go in the envelope. I got clearance from Sentry the same day I sent my paperwork (very fast service). I have done my part, hopefully they do theirs. Reading posts about all the things that can go wrong just freaks me out. Anyways, I wish everyone good luck J

Hey! When did you send in your forms to Sentry MD and how long did it take for them to respond? I've sent mine nearly 3 weeks ago and still no response. Getting worried. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I just took my hesi and past it with flying colors, 96 on science! but my problem is sentrymd I sent all my paperwork last Thursday and still no response, I have emailed and called all numbers but never get a person on the other ends. Im afraid I wont get in the nursing program due to sentrymd not doing their job fast enough.

I think as long you sent everything in sentry before january 31, you're good. However, if your forms had problem and not fixed before the deadline, then I don't know what will happen.

i sent mine january 14, and I received email yesterday clearing my immunization. But my doctor forgot to put dates on my physical exam so I am scanning the dated ones today.

My friend is still waiting for hear back from sentry and I just realized that the information packet states the following:

NOTE: SentryMD must receive this documentation and verify that the applicant's records are in compliance no later than a designated application deadline (January 31st for a fall application; July 15th for a spring application). Failure to submit the documentation AND be in compliance with these requirements by the application deadline will result in disqualification from the applicant pool.

Should she still turn in her application even though she still not cleared????

Hello everyone, my name is Fatuma. I am also applying to El Centro for nursing program fall 2015. I sumited my doucmentation to SentryMd early last week I still havn't heard back from them. I contacted the nursing advisor for El Centro and she advised me to submit my application anyway. Does anyone has the same problem?

I submitted my documents on January 7th, over 3 weeks ago, and STILL have not heard anything.

Bree I have not been cleared. I sent them my receipt. I then sent them everything ecept cpr because i hadnt gotten it yet and then i sent them everything together. The ladies at El centro said as long as everything has been submitted by the deadline you should be fine. But i would still like to know that I sent everything they needed.

Heads up to those who haven't heard from Sentry MD. I faxed mine in over 3 weeks ago and I just received an email saying they DID NOT receive it even though I received a confirmation saying it sent. I have to send it in again hoping it'll go through!

Hello! I submitted my documents to SentryMD yesterday. Just took my HESI and submitted my application to El Centro this morning. I'm so late with everything, but I hope everything goes through without any issues!! I'm applying to 3 other programs, so I've been running around trying to get all the documents ready.

In my opinion, El Centro is the most demanding haha. Most program requires you to provide your immunization, transcripts, test scores, and application. Everything else is requested AFTER you get into the program. Also, with El Centro you have to submit your immunization through a third party and from the previous posts I've been reading, they don't seem like they have it all together haha. Anyways, end of rant. Stressful day! Just happy I am done with everything. Now the real fun begins. The waiting game!!! GOOD LUCK to everyone (:!!
