Hello All!! I know it is VERY early to be thinking about this but the process to get in takes quite a long time. I wanted to make a thread to help us all get through the application process together, share problems, feelings, etc. :)

I still haven't hear a word from sentry. I sent my forms via email 2 weeks ago.. This makes me nervous! Do you guys have any idea how can I get a hold to someone "person" in sentry md. lol I always get automated email, I left a voice-mail once and haven't received a feedback yet!

I also left a voicemail, but I have not heard from them as well.

Email is the only effective way to communicate with sentry. They never returned any of my calls.

Omit the mail to bit at the beginning. I got very prompt replies.

I am looking at the El Centro 20 page packet. Is there only 3 things for me to submit in my application packet? The first three from the checklist below, I do not need any course substitution.

Compile the following materials as your complete nursing application packet:

_____ Completed nursing application form (from this information packet).

_____ Signed Statement of Student's Responsibility form (from this information packet).

_____ Official HESI A2 score sheet indicating minimum score of 70% on each of the five required sections of the test and the Personality Profile and Learning Styles section results.

_____ Copies of any request for course substitution forms, HPRS 1204 portfolio credit confirmations forms, or 5-year waiver forms if applicable.

_____ Place the above materials in a 9” x 12” envelope for submission during a designated filing period either in person or by mail at the addresses on page 7 of this information packet

I was told only 3 things... The 2 page app and HESi report. Hope that's right.. if not, someone let me know. I am turning mine in Monday.

Hello everyone, my name is Cindel and I will be applying for fall 2015. I turned in my application today and I am supper excited!!!! The girl in the front confirmed that only three forms go in the envelope. I got clearance from Sentry the same day I sent my paperwork (very fast service). I have done my part, hopefully they do theirs. Reading posts about all the things that can go wrong just freaks me out. Anyways, I wish everyone good luck J

Cindel how did you send your paperwork to SentryMD? I sent mine to [email protected] last Friday. Got the auto reply, but have yet to hear from them.

I sent in through the email. First page I sent was my receipt for the $15 I paid. I sent all the physical and supporting documents for my shots and stuff, last page was my cpr and insurance. I got a response in like 3 hrs.

It took me 5-6 days to hear from them about my documents and they would not call or email me back. Hmmmph!

Good luck yall I drop the packet off tomorrow with 29 points! Hoping the acceptance period won't kill my nerves lol :wacky:
