Hello All,

I am seeking input to possibly create a service that is better than going through an agency. I understand the frustration of dealing with multiple agencies/facilities with scheduling as well as them bugging you for different requirements (licenses/backgrounds).

Does that really bother you?

I am looking into the possibility of a service that caters to nurses only. A 1 stop place that works with local agencies/facilities and acts as an "agent" for the nurse. No need to search monster/craigslist/careerbuilder. Let us know your availability and shift preference and we will take it from there!

Send us updated backgrounds/licenses as we store these and with a simple e-mail sent we will send this to whoever you wish. (Since most agencies/facilities give you a hard time!)

Please let me know if you would be interested in something like this.

Don't see anything different that you would be offering: good established agencies are already providing in most markets.

There is ebb and flow to this kind of business. Right now facilites are at an alltime low using agency to keep costs down and since glut of nurses returned to workforce with tanking of economy.
