  1. Hello All, I am seeking input to possibly create a service that is better than going through an agency. I understand the frustration of dealing with multiple agencies/facilities with scheduling as well as them bugging you for different requirements (licenses/backgrounds). Does that really bother you? I am looking into the possibility of a service that caters to nurses only. A 1 stop place that works with local agencies/facilities and acts as an "agent" for the nurse. No need to search monster/craigslist/careerbuilder. Let us know your availability and shift preference and we will take it from there! Send us updated backgrounds/licenses as we store these and with a simple e-mail sent we will send this to whoever you wish. (Since most agencies/facilities give you a hard time!) Please let me know if you would be interested in something like this. Thank You,

    I am a scheduling manager for a home health care agency. What are some things that aggravate nurses and what are ways to retain great nurses? I understand nurses move from one agency to another, but what would keep a nurse with one agency?
