Edison State College 2014

Hello! Is anyone applying for Edison(Lee campus) for fall of next year? I plan on applying in the spring for the evening program. I'm also in the process of finishing my last pre reqs and studying for the Hesi. I know the evening program is about 5 semesters but does anyone know if its shorter when all pre reqs are completed? So far I've gotten all A's in them. Thanks in advance

I got two emails about it. It says that due to a scheduling conflict with mandatory college-wide professional development meetings for faculty and staff, the collier new student orientation is cancelled. It also says to attend your class as scheduled on Thursday.

OMG thanks! I wonder why I didn't get the e-mail?!? The last e-mail I received was an introduction e-mail from our fundamentals professor. Is there anything else I have been missing out on??? I am going to drop by the nursing office tomorrow to drop off some paperwork and see whats up. That really sucks they canceled the orientation I was really looking forward to it. :no:

The emails about cancelling the orientation are the only emails I got since the one from our fundamentals professor. I am very disappointed too. See you in class on Thursday. Let me know if you find out anything else tomorrow from the nursing office.

Charlotte campus- Did anyone else's clinical days change? I signed up for Wednesdays but I just checked and it looks like they changed it to Fridays. Now I have to see if my supervisor can change my work schedule again!

Go on canvas and it's under the modules libk, click on fundamentals, then schedule. I think you're in my group on Fridays. We will have clinicals at the VA nursing home and Bayfront.

Yes I am! I got switched from wed to Friday as well. Fortunately I am able to do any day, but that's a pain to switch people who already have a work schedule set up!

Hi! It's going well but there's so much to learn/do. It feels overwhelming at times but overall I like the program so far. Have you decided onw hat you're going to do?
