So, I've been out of the nursing game for awhile. I'm now working in an ED, and I've realized I've forgotten most of what I knew about medications. I'm looking stuff up and learning as I go, but I'm tired of the piecemeal approach. Have you guys taken any online courses that focus on medications most often used in the ED?

Medications used in an ED? That is a very very large variety of meds. I suggest rereading a pharm book.

Well, you could Google it.....
Ancef = Cefazolin first generation antibiotic introduced in the 70's used for bacterial infections, especially cellulitis, UTI, endocarditis + pneumonia. Gave a ton of IV form Q8hrs in 70-90's while in hospital and home infusion.
