ED interview tomorrow, suggestions?

I am a new graduate nurse and I have my first interview tomorrow. It is in the Emergency Department. This is my dream job, so I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone may have. I've read websites about interviews in general, so now I'm just looking for some specific tips on emergency department interviews. Thanks for the help!

Why is it you go through an interview and they have you shadow, as if you can even provide extra time, intoduct you to other employees infact making me feel extremely at ease and feeling confident to get no call back?

I don't understand this strategy lol? ErR interview in 14 hra off to bed.

That shadow/walk around/meet is to see what vibe the staff picks up. The ed is a team sport, so we kinda like to have a good feeling about who's going to be working with us.

My conjecture (not business fact) is that they decided to pass.
