I did an online search asking for "ecg interpretation help" and many sites popped up. Some with 12 steps, some offer 6 steps, some with 7 steps to ecg interpretation.
Two possible sites:
geekymedics.com
medtigo.com
NIH has some instruction too.
Look over what is available and choose what appeals to your learning style. You can do this!
I have attached a pdf copy of a basic ECG interpretation PowerPoint presentation I used to present to new nurses in the PICU.
If you prefer something more detailed, I found this on Amazon in both Kindle, paperback, and spiral bound format. The few pages I was able to sample seemed fairly well written.
Best wishes.

I would not be so nervous but they told me I be fired if I didn't pass
Just be consistent when reading every single EKG and you won't miss anything. It's the most important pearl I can share with a beginner. They are only going to test you on basic rhythms and the few that you woukd see most often as side effects from psych meds.
