I'm probably the only dummy who has done this. If you decided to sign up with the FACTS for 2 or more exams. You can't schedule the exam with Pearsonvue until the balance is paid in full. I'm so mad right now because I was trying to paying for EC exams without charging it on my credit card and I wasted $15 dollars for the setting fee only to turn around to pay the balance 2 days later. The rep said "Oh the e-plan is like layaway, you can't schedule the exam until its paid in full." I signed up with FACTS and divided my Enrollment fee up in five payment, and they let me enroll and register, I guess I assumed the same thing about the exams. So now I have to wait another 2 days to register. Anyways if you decide to do the plan consider what I said.

it has been my experience that if you have a fact plan then it is almost impossible to get out of so you can pay the balance in full. so my question is what if you do the fact payment plan for the cpne; i know they wont let you test until you are paid but will they even give you a date while you are still paying.

oh good I was planning on doing the payment plan for my cpne. I hate to charge that kinda of money, since me and my wife almost have no credit card debt.
