Yay that's awesome! Once we start getting emails from school someone should start an FB group?!? I'm excited to meet everyone. My name is Aisha Allen for any curious folks :)

I also got in and will be starting fall 2016!! I Am from Chicago so I do not really know the area as well. So I will be posting questions once I start looking into where to live. Can't wait to meet everyone!

Hey my neck of the woods. I'm originally from northwest Ohio, then I moved down here two years ago to work at Duke. But yea any questions you have about area let me know! I can tell all the areas to avoid, all the fun things to do, and if you have a specific type of place you're looking at living let me know I can help you out. I will tell you most places jack up the rates up July and August and usually get filled up very quickly. I'm actually currently in the process of moving to a new apartment since my lease will be ending soon.

Nick Glover, feel free to find my on FB. Maybe we can get this group started

whats up guys. Gonna be a fun 3 yrs. SO im looking to rent a home instead of apartment. Any idea of good areas and price. Looked at chapel hill and its out of my price range.

Yeah I would love to live as close as I can to campus, near great places to run/bike, and dog friendly :) Is there any nice places that would be close enough to bike to campus or are most the decent places further away? I am hoping most the places to live will allow dogs. I will def need to take another visit to scope out the areas! Probably planning to move down July to explore the area and do some fun things before school starts! So any advice and tips would be awesome.
