Duke Fall 2017

Did anyone else apply? I applied to the MSN program. I met the Dec 1 date for my application, but I'm worried because I haven't received any verification of my application being complete or under review. I emailed admissions the other day, but haven't heard back. I will be calling in the morning.

I just got mine too! How are you preparing? I'm so nervous!

I've been reading some of the past Duke threads on this website and some people posted what they were asked in their interview. I'll make sure to have answers to all those questions. Of course, who knows what all they'll actually ask. I'm going to do my best to relax. The interviewers know we'll be nervous.

Is anyone else doing the online interview? The last e-mail last week said we'd hear 48 hours in advance with a unique link for the interview, but I interview tomorrow and haven't heard anything.

I'm at Duke now. What a beautiful campus. I love all the historic buildings. I went inside the Chapel and visited the famous gardens. I had lunch in the Divinity Cafe next to the Chapel. The food was so good. My hotel is further than I thought and I walked all the way to Duke. I discovered on the way back that there is a free city bus that goes from Duke all the way to Downtown Durham with 17 or so stops in between. It stops right by my hotel, thank goodness. It's called the Bull City Connector.

Thanks for the update, Lovetennessee! Did you have your interview? How was it? Mine is tomorrow! I'm so jealous you flew in and were able to see the campus and have the experience. It sounds like you had a great day!
