Duke Fall 2017

Published

Did anyone else apply? I applied to the MSN program. I met the Dec 1 date for my application, but I'm worried because I haven't received any verification of my application being complete or under review. I emailed admissions the other day, but haven't heard back. I will be calling in the morning.

I do have a new thing when I log into OneLink that I'm pretty sure wasn't there before. I have listed on the right "Decision not ready". Deep breaths. Deep breaths. The waiting is torture.

Anyone else that hasn't heard yet have that?

I have not heard anything yet. :/ So worried. I am BSN-DNP FNP track.

I am BSN-DNP FNP track as well. No updates here and no decision not ready listed on onelink. Looking at past classes feeds the "decision not ready" is a precursor to a decision link. Hoping for some news today!

I do not even have the "Decision not ready" link--yikes!

I'm betting the FNP people that already heard are MSN folks. I'm super hopeful for everyone here! I hope we all hear something today!

I applied for Nursing Education.

I just got an acceptance!!!! They're still working today. Good wishes sent to everyone still waiting.

I created a group for the ones who are going to Duke this fall. Ask me in private for the link!

So in looking more closely at my acceptance letter it says I still need to take statistics. I'm a little confused as I took statistics and got an A. I know some programs say statistics is only good for 5 years. I took mine a lot longer than 5 years ago, but did not see any time requirement with Duke. I'm calling on Monday to see if it was just an oversight. Anyone else have to retake anything?

i took statistics class more than 5 years ago. where does it say on the acceptance letter that you need to take statistics? i don't see that requirement on my acceptance letter.

It's at the end of the first paragraph of the letter. Mine says this:

Anyunsatisfied prerequisite courses are listed below. Satisfactory grades must be reported no later than two weeks prior to thestart of the semester.
