I am so sorry, Katie! Don't be discouraged. Keep trying, and you will persevere. When one door closes, another will open! Keep believing in yourself !!

I know all too well how discouraging this is, I was denied for the Fall 2020 class. I spoke with admissions just as you are planning on doing and I reapplied. I was accepted this time for the Fall 2021 class, and I think it makes it that much better. Good luck in the future!
Hi Everyone,
Congratulations to everyone who was accepted into the program. I have a question regarding the application process - specifically the Merit Scholarship essay if any of yall did it. Does it mean to write a small essay for all the subjects they mention? Or pick one and write 500 words worth, or make the entire essay of no more than 500 words with the topics they have.
Kind Regards.
Everyone that I have talked with said it is a very pleasant experience, and all the interviewers are super nice. Be prepared not to be interviewed by someone from your specialty track. My interview was done by a single person who took notes and reported back to the committee. For me this was less stressful compared to having a panel of interviewers. Be prepare to have scenarios to answer questions of “tell me about a time when...”. These seem like very popular questions in order to engage the applicant. With these questions they might want different scenarios for each question. I also googled a lot about NP interview questions looking for tips and hints. Good luck to all who are interviewing next week! Take a deep breath and know that you have made this far, and they are interested in you.

Thank you for this information! It helps to know that it was a pleasant experience, although it doesn't minimize the stress or anxiety though! LOL. Hopefully, all goes well! I'll be glad when it's over, kinda.. then back to the waiting game!
