Just curious how often your program tests, mine is at random. Not saying I do anything, but if I'm ever out in Colorado...
Not necessarily. It's perfectly legal to smoke, and yet employers are moving towards-not away from- screening smokers out of their potential employee pool.
Oh but I agree with the tobacco ban. The smell of smokers is obnoxious and health insurance prices are higher for the company.
Weed is another thing altogether. People aren't smoking and working-and if they are then they deserve to be fired. We're talking about smoking on your day off and then testing positive five days later when the effects of the drug are long gone.

Yes, I understand, but I don't necessarily agree that facilities will ever "catch up" to the fact that pot could be legal and still acceptable in their employees. I guess time will tell.
