Drug-related Changes In Urine Color

Published

Is it aspirin can cause urine discoloration? I'd red that one of the drugs that can cause urine discoloration is salicylate. The aspirin is salycilate. So is it true? and one more thing..i'd red about phenolpthalein which it is used for laxative and to induced diarrhea. it is mention that it may be validated by the pink color of a stool specimen that has been made alkaline. If stool become pink color..how about the urine color?is it urine become pink color too?

An online drug reference of a Drug Reference book will explain the side effects of every drug. It's a good idea to get familiar with how to use these references, since you will have to look up a lot of medication information and drug dosages in the future.
