Dr. Google?

I have seen many mentions of Dr. Google on these forums however a quick Google search reveals no such website. Has Google taken it down? There's lot's of other sites but no Dr. Google!

I think, assume, it was just a generic term for Googling your symptoms or illness on Google. As far as I know there is no Dr. Google site and never has been.
