Douglas College Psychiatric Nursing 2013

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone out there applied for the fall 2013 intake of psych nursing at douglas college? Or if you were accepted to the previous intake what your preferential score was? I just got mine today and I got a 12/20..Not sure if it will be enough to get me in or not:(

Yeah I think bio will be fine as long as have have a good prof. I have a few friends taking bio right now and doing badly because the prof is awful. So I think ill be relying on rate my prof to find a good teacher lol :p

Yeah definitely do that! I did the same thing for part two of it and ended up with an amazing teacher! Also, I don't know your Learning style but I highly recommend making lots and lots of flashcards I don't know what I would have done without them!

Yees flashcards are all definite must for bio! on another note, I am getting inpatient lol soo I hope we find out this week or next about our status!!

I'm starting to worry that I haven't heard anything yet. I check my application status everyday and it still says "ready for preferential review" and I have gotten nothing in the mail... :( Anyone else stalking there application status online?

You're not alone...I check it at least twice a day. I don't think we'll be getting any mail from Douglas until it changes to "Decision Made - Seat Offered". Mine still says "Waiting for Preferential Review" too. I was reading other threads on another forum from a few years ago, and it looked like people got seat offers in March, but also at the beginning of April. Those who were put on a waiting list were getting offers June-July!
