done in IVT training..how to include it in my resume?

need your help guys...i'm done in my IVT training,completed and submitted it to ANSAP but i dont know how to include it in my resume...but im still waiting for my card but i want to include it in my resume so that when i apply, they will be aware that im done in IVT...what should i type in my resume?is it

IV therapist

or

IVT nurse?

and one thing more,should i include the hospital where i trained or just ANSAP... thanks...... BIG BIG THANKS...little problem but dont know what to do...hehehe.....:angryfire

you can put it under the trainings or seminars attended. Basic IVT, when and where you had it, your IV therapy license number

[ilovetiggerdear, LPN, LVN]

I just include it under my licenses/certifications: "Licensed IV Therapist by ANSAP, 2008"

You can also add it under "Trainings"
