2) What is the scope of your responsibilities?

I am responsible for everything clinical in the building. All the nurses and CNAs. I am also responsible for the nursing budget

3) Explain how your responsibilities are (or are not) within your job description.My job description was very well spelled out with the duties AND the line "and other duties as we see fit

4) To whom do you report?I report to the Administrator

5) To whom are you accountable?

I am accountable to the administrator, the CEO and the owner. And, really to all the residents and their families

6) How long have you been in this position?

close to 10 years

7) What (and where) was your previous position?

Med surg charge nurse in hospital, staff nurse in skilled facility,sub acute manager in skilled facility, PPS MDS nurse, supervisor, and assistant DON
