Moving from the east coast to the Bay area (or potentially Palo Alto haha).
Basically trying to decide between two different hospitals (UCSF vs Stanford) and all the possible financial help.
Moving expenses will be a hard reality -- so seeing if anyone on here knew if UCSF has offered any in the past... (before I ultimately play ball with recruitment/management).
didn't know if unionized hospitals had rules and were known never to offer.
PS. Stanford didn't offer any relocation bonus but offered a sign-on bonus instead!... that could act as/offset moving expenses $$
Thanks in advance for the help and guidance!
Feel free BTW to bring forward any other helpful decision-making thoughts/info on either hospital -- anything that you think is useful to know.
I don't know much ?

I got a job at UCSF this month and I'm from LA area. UCSF offered me a relocation bonus. You should ask your recruiter about relocation bonus.

Thank you for the help! Happy to report that I ended choosing UCSF and was able to get that relocation bonus.
