Does it take longer for foreign testers to receive their results online

first let me say that i saw my name on ca-bon today... wooo woooooo... i cant believe i actually passed..

ok so can any foreign applicants that currently live in the states (calif would be better) tell me if it takes longer for foreign testers to see there results posted on the rn.ca.gov website? we both took the test on the same day oct12th monday, but at different test facilities, we both got the good pop up, mine was posted in 48-72hrs, hers has not posted yet.... can anyone tell me why?

thanks

A lot will depend on whether there is a SSN and whether the file is complete or not. CA will allow people to sit with an incomplete file but will not release results until complete. Also with the staffing issues at CA BRN that too can have a issue on how quick results are released
