Does the NCLEX really look at how long you spent on a question?

I don't think so. I think it just means that either you're taking your time to really REALLY understand the question or (like me) you're holding onto an inch of your life trying to remember what you discussed in school. Lol. :laugh:

I think the NCLEX is more concerned with ascertaining minimum competency regardless of the number of questions or time spent on each question. In my case, it took probably 2 hours 45 minutes for the computer to stop at 88 questions. This includes tutorial, 1 break and survey. And I made sure I did NOT rush through each question this time around.
