Does National University takes transfers from Southwstern?

Hi there,

My name is Kimmy. I've been reading these threads for the past month and have found a wealth of knowledge.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if National University takes transfers from Southwestern because i have been looking at their transfer section and can't find it but i swear one time that i looked i did see it there.

Also does anyone know if the pre-requisites for nursing at National university require for you to take bio class? and if so how long are the bio pre-requisite, and the antamony and physiology, and micro biology class?

Sorry there are so many questions, but i'm just trying to get all the dates lined up lol

You would have to speak to an advisor to find out for sure, but they usually accept transfers from private schools (Heald, SJVC, ect..) As for the classes, micro took 2 months, A&P 1 took 2 months and A&P 2 took another 2. The bio pre-req is a one month statistics course. It wasn't my favorite class I'll tell you that!

Do the classes need for you to take bio 101 and bio 101 lab before you are able to do any of the pre-reqs?

No, that's for junior college or state university transfers, not national.
