Anyone worked with doctors without borders?

Looking for inside information. I have read lots of the blogs posted on their site, but I'd like to know the cons too. Has anyone gone and regretted it?

Check out this thread in the volunteer nursing forum. One of members of allnurses.com replied about her 2 years of experience with/MSF (Doctors without Borders) and the types of language and work experience required.

I knew a nurse several years ago who had just returned from working with MSF (DWB) for a few years -- she had been v. happy with her experience.
