Do you think lpns will ever be back in the hospitals?

So I hear there's been many time that they turn around an start hiring lpns for hospital again because of finances. Do you think there will be a turn around soon?

A lot of the hospitals I know will hire LPNs in the outpt setting. Wishing they'd hire us for inpt again.

My hospital hires LPNs. A few years ago, they tried to phase them out, but now are back to hiring them again. As for "paying for school," nobody owes anyone that.
