I am also a big fan of Fitzgerald. Another good source is a company run by an FNP named Amelie Hollier. I think it's Advanced Practice Associates (it's been a few years!) I don't think they have geri content specifically but she*has an extremely strong ANP/FNP review.

Fitzgerald highly recommended.

She is approachable; I have spoken with her at several different seminars.

Questions by email have always been answered promptly.
