Do you have professional Liability Insurance? Do I need it? I'm trying to find more info on it. I've gotten info from one company that offers it (NSO), but I still have a lot of questions...
Any info that anyone could offer would be great!
I don't have it.

I would tend to differ; I personally know a few nurses that have been named in lawsuits. (later they were found to not be at fault for any wrong-doing) Think about the lawyer fee's that pile up during this time though...NSO does pay for these fees.....
And I personally would rather be safe than sorry!!! You never really know...
No insurance here, but if it buys peace of mind I think it is worth it. I believe someone is more apt to attempt to sue me if they think they can get something out of me. I'm not worth the hassle. Also, I know insurance companies are in business to make money and they are pretty sure they are going to make money on whatever policy they sell me. Nurses very rarely get sued. It is worth the "risk" of going without to me.
I have NSO's insurance. You better believe it!
Those legal eagles that disuade you from having it can have a horrible impact on your life.
If you pay those premiums, those greedy lawyers will pick on all the insurance dollars and leave your funds intact. A premium with NSO is affordabel and will allow you to sleep much better at night.:)
