Do I need to go to California??

Hi I'm here in CT right now and I applied to BON California and I'm still waiting for my eligibility letter so I can register to pearson vue.. I just want to confirm: I need to go to California to take the NCLEX-RN Exam right?

no. you can take where ever has pearsonvue testing center. Goodluck

No. You take it whereever you want and send the results to the CA BRN if it is a CA license you are after.

As long as you have a valid ATT you can sit the exam anywhere that the pearsonvue center does NCLEX (not all centers used to administer NCLEX) this includes International centers. Your results will go to the BON/BRN that issued the ATT
