Some people get away with leaving off transcripts, others get caught and kicked out of programs. I personally do not see why this transcript would be of consequence, but you should find out if you can safely leave it off before you make a decision. Only one school recently told me that transcripts having no bearing could be left out of an application; then, the advisor turned around and requested the transcripts.
If they ask for all transcripts then I would send them all transcripts. I was in the middle of applying to an ADN program that wanted my high school transcripts. I graduated high school over 10 years ago, but they still wanted it. Especially since I had my college transcripts, which I thought was more important.
yes i was wondering the same thing. I went to UH once and I was put on academic suspension because I had an off semester but just when financial aid was available to me again the whole private loan freeze happened and I didnt have $8,000 lying around so I had to leave and now my transcripts are not available until i pay that money. Will that have an affect on my application process for nursing school?

I am about to apply for an RN-BSN program.
I have a very high GPA from my 2 year RN program, 3.6. However, over 10 years ago, I went to a 4 year college and pretty much flunked out after 4 years because I was unhappy, young, and stupid. The major I was pursuing had nothing to do with nursing.
Do I need to disclose this when I'm sending in transcripts? If I don't would that be considered fraud?
