Do I have to be done with all of my pre-reqs before applying to nursing school?

For example, If I'm scheduled to be done with all of my pre-reqs in spring 2012 can I still apply to nursing schools before I graduate? When I say early application I mean sending my application in fall 2011. Is that possible?

I was accepted before i WAS FINISHED WITH MY PRE-REQS. I believe i had five classes left.Chem, alg., stat, span 1 &2. I completed them all except span 2 before I started the first semester. Im a senior now, tow semester left, I still have to do the 2nd span.

My school wants us to have our pre re.'s done or in progress when our app;lication is submitted. I couldnt imagine doing any of them during the program, as the it so intense...theres no way I could take in everything and make the most of it( apply the knowledge without knowing it yet) if I had to take them at the same time!! So take your time, and do well on your remaing classes, it pays off in the end!

It's b/c I dont want to wait for years to get in the RN program. I think I cannot wait that long so I want to take the LVN path b/c the length of the program and the waiting list is shorter. Beside I know RN school is like 100 times harder then LVN/LPN school so I feel like I'm not ready for RN yet so LVN is the best option and suitable for me as for now.
