Dix scholar accelerated nursing to Simmons Summer 2018

Has anyone applied to that program? I am just waiting to hear from them.

I completed my FAFSA first week of December and received the email last week.

It seems like the dix Scholar accelerated doesn't start in summer, they have changed mine to fall. That's too long.

Yes, the nursing classes start in the Fall. Kind of confusing .

They probably switched you to Fall because you have all of your prerequisites done or you're not completing them through the school over the summer.

Yeah, I have a bachelor in health science. I did them already.

If you guys don't mind me asking, where did you go to school prior and what were your GPAs?

I don't think Simmons give great priority to GPA, last year a friend has 3.6 , she was rejected. Mine is 3.5

I just got decision mailed too! I'm hoping early mailing decisions means it's good news! They said by mid - end of February we would get a letter, but it's the first week of the month. Crossing fingers!
