You really need to give us more to go on.

What type of nursing are you interested in? Peds? Geriatrics? Adult med/surg? Home Health? etc.

I suggest you think back over your school experiences and identify what types of nursing interested you the most ... what topics raised questions in your mind that you would like to learn more about ... etc. You also might want to browse some journals or this website for topics -- to see what picks up your interests.

We don't know you. We don't know what type of student you are. We don't know what topics might interest you. You need to start browsing and thinking about the possibilities. Then start narrowing that list based on what you can reasonably accomplish in your time frame that meets the requirements of your assignment.
