Disclosure of dropped charges for license renewal

My license is due to be renewed next month in Arizona, after getting my license initially, I was charged with some pretty serious drug related felonies. The short version is I own a house and rent rooms out. The cops came to my house accusing me, the person who just happened to open the door, of trafficking marijuana via the mail. After they were unable to obtain a search warrant, they called a judge and finally got one by saying a K-9 got a positive "hit" on my door. There was no dog there at any point besides my own, K-9 officer documented was never available for questioning, they later claimed they had documented the wrong officer but couldn't recall which one was actually there.

After fighting in court for over a year at great expense, a motion from my attorney sent the case back to the grand jury. This time they charged me with even more felonies now including identity theft and computer tampering; because of some report sheets I had accidentally taken home (c'mon, that happens to everybody) and the Hospital I was still working for was notified as the "victim". I had worked at that hospital for 4 years and shortly after lost my job. By the way I am 100% innocent of everything I was charged with.

So shortly after a supreme court ruling declared the use of K-9's to obtain a search warrant a violation of the 4th amendment and from my understanding the DA "dropped" the charges. I never had to go to court again and I did not disclose this when I got my current job.

So my question is, do I need to include this information when I renew my license?

First things first, obtain all legal documents stating that charges against you have been "dropped". Read what is asked on your license renewal. Find out for certain where you stand legally regarding these charges. Ask your attorney.
