Dignity Health coordinators are SO sloppy for this. What is so difficult to let applicants know ahead of time that these units that were clearly listed on the application that we submitted are actually in fact not hiring and making us wait over a month for nothing. Do they not realize that we spend time making cover letters, rec letters, and we even had to fill out those BS northridge questions too. Inconsiderate af.

they were actually talking about National Nurse Residency, which is Ventura/Oxnard. Northridge is still offering Pediatrics/PICU

The Northridge recruiter told my friend today that they are NOT hiring for pediatrics or PICU this cohort. I don't understand why they don't just list the AVAILABLE units that are hiring.
