Creating this forum for those who have applied to the RN residency program with Northridge Hospital 🙂 Application is open from May 1, 2025 to May 14, 2025, for the Fall September Program. Let's connect during the waiting period, and good luck to all of us!

I am waiting to hear back if they are able to tell me which units are available.
does this also apply to PICU?

Dignity Health coordinators are SO sloppy for this. What is so difficult to let applicants know ahead of time that these units that were clearly listed on the application that we submitted are actually in fact not hiring and making us wait over a month for nothing. Do they not realize that we spend time making cover letters, rec letters, and we even had to fill out those BS northridge questions too. Inconsiderate af.

they were actually talking about National Nurse Residency, which is Ventura/Oxnard. Northridge is still offering Pediatrics/PICU

No the National Nurse Residency Coordinator I mentioned was specifically for Northridge Hospital. Unless you received different information. Any information is helpful! Let us know, thanks!
