Creating this forum for those who have applied to the RN residency program with Northridge Hospital 🙂 Application is open from May 1, 2025 to May 14, 2025, for the Fall September Program. Let's connect during the waiting period, and good luck to all of us!

I've found a lot of places take priority in internal applicants and they were only hiring 7 candidates from the 30 they interviewed. They're suppose to be letting us know tomorrow or Monday roughly. Wishing us all the best of luck.
I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. Which hospital is this for?
Thank you for giving me the information! I am really wishing the best for us! Please message back on here if you get hired! I would love to hear tips and tricks for the next application round bc I'm kinda giving up hope now that I know its only 7 people!

Yes, I asked them before I left because I wanted to know what we were looking at. You never know with these kind of things. I'll keep you posted, but you as well let me know. We can always give each other tips on here it's so competitive out there.

For dignity health, our letter of intent should be added to our application (see screensot) but I'm thinking I'm not adding it to the correct spot and maybe thats not helping me get selected.

Did you fill out the Northridge new grad packet? I know it only lets you submit a certain number of attachment so some of them have to be uploaded together. so I uploaded a picture that states how they want you to add 1,2 and 3 and what each one should have.

No, did they say to expect denial/offer emails? For some reason the people interviewing me told me that communication could be phone #? Do you wanna exchange socials or email or PM? I don't really check on here too much LOL

Yeah I understand that they only allow 5 attachments but I guess my question is did you combine the cover letter with your resume as 1 attachment or like which option from the drop down menu did you use to attach your letter of intent because it's not one of the option on the drop down menu?
