Well i didn't get into the program at my current school. I was placed on the alternate list. I am kinda bummed this was my first choice school and i have two more possibilities. UPMC shadyside is my co choice( i say co because id would love to have went to my current school or UPMC). If not then i will just wait till next year i guess. Thanks for all the support guys and congrats to all the people starting there programs and graduating etc. And keep your head up to all those who are still waiting. God bless you all

I'm taking the NET at CCAC Boyce campus. I am really worried about it. I am trying for the Spring 2007 class, but I am taking the NET in June. Thank you very much for your advice. It is very much appreciated.

I have heard good things about Shadyside. Good luck to you on the test there.

Thank you so much...I am not giving up, this is what i am meant to do so i know i will happen. The waiting on when is the only bad part but i try to take comfort in the fact that i WILL be a RN one day

I'm sorry you didn't get in Andy!!! :icon_hug: Don't give up though. Just because you were placed on the alternate list doesn't mean you won't get in. The school that I'll be attending in the Fall accepted all 20 people on their waiting list last year due to increased funding and people changing their minds. I just called the first school I got accepted to and told them I wouldn't be attending because I chose another school. They told me this happens all the time, which means the people on the wait list do get accepted! Plus you're still waiting on two more schools. I got denied for my first school also and was crushed, but my other two schools accepted me - SO DON'T GIVE UP!! Keep you head up - it will happen for you!! Good luck!!
