Interesting, are you applying online through Indeed for Fresenius/Davita?
I was very fortunate that I got the first job I applied for through Fresenius. I told the recruiter I was in monitoring during our initial call. After I secured an interview I told them at the very end after I felt like I nailed it.
In my area (Central Minnesota) not all clinics have nurse managers. For example, at my clinic we have a "Facilities Administrator" who is my boss (Not an nurse). So this would pose a problem if my stipulations required supervision (which I was surprised they did not, my license was suspended for diversion).
I'm guessing the area you are in isn't very high needs for dialysis nurses. Most areas they are pretty desperate to be honest but there are some that have long time nurses that rarely leave their positions. I doubt it's anything personal!
I know it must be very disheartening but just keep trying. I truly believe you will find something.
Yea online via indeed, or via their sites. 50mile radius.
Ya lucky no supervision nice!
Some of the postings I see are like 3-13 days old too.
Other notifications I get click the link, and it says job is filled and no longer listed.
Hopstial had outpatient dialysis phoenix screening. Stated maybe up to 3 weeks to hear from a manager "IF" they move forward.
Everything is screened as well,so im not even getting actual interviews.
I had a hard time as well, ICU/med surg for 20 yrs. No luck with case mgmt, Picc team, LTAC, endo clinic where the nurses don't give any meds... I finally gave up on Davita but got hired with Fresenius. I applied through their direct website & did not disclose my probation/monitoring until the end of the interview. I have to travel about an hour from home & took a $9.00/hr pay cut but at least I have a job. They work with me for my meetings & drug testing. My supervisor is a nurse but in some clinics they have facility administrator who is not a RN. It's very discouraging at first but keep trying, you will find something & you will get through this.
In my experience once I told HR I was in the program I never heard back so don't ever tell HR. After getting hired in my experience, I then let my director know about my monitoring program and they were fine with it. Just make certain you're not applying for jobs that routinely give narcotics. Psych nurse, as me being the second nurse on duty, or in an intake psych position has been the only positions I've been able to land.

I'm in Michigan, nursing 13 years. Experience-
Management, hospice, Oncology, hospice, longterm care, med surg.
Probation restrictions-
Check dialysis jobs daily, apply. Call Fresnius, Davita etc. "If interested they will contact". Ran out very quickly.
Can't do contract work, travel, home care , or work from home. Recruiters also out, they won't work with probation nurses.
Wound care nurse? Somehow they dispense narcotics...
Phone triage? Somehow they "may be required" to dispense a narcotic at clinic. And in some scenarios "I may" be the only nurse.
Nurse educator? Somehow may be pulled to follow and required to be able to dispense narcotics.
Infection control? Same
Informatics? Haven't seen a listing.
Ask HPRP for help? Somehow they don't keep track of where nurses work....
Case management in LTC setting? "may require blah blah blah" most other ones involve home or hospital type visits and "I must be monitored "
Nurse recruiters at major hospitals? Have yet to return a call after I explain things.
Appreciate any help.
