They seem to work pretty slow over there in HR. But I was told that they were going to be making their decisions for the New Grad program by April 23rd. I was offered a position that week, along with two of my classmates.
What unit were you interviewing for?
Apparently the number of open positions for new grads this year at CMC/DH-K is less than half of what they had last year. This is the same with the other hospitals in the area, and it's been hard for new grads to find positions. I really hope that something good works out for you. Good luck!
I interviewed for the ICU. What about you? Did you accept? I was really hoping to hear so I will know if I am going to take my boards in Nh or Ma since I am right on the border....
I hear you. I don't live in NH either and I was fretting about where I should take my boards because the criminal background check for your NH license now takes up to 8 weeks!
Try to call HR again, or better yet, email them. You deserve to know so you can pursue other options.
