Hello
I took Nclex-RN 6/28 and had all 265 ?s and according to PVT I failed. It took me to the cc page. I cried so hard. Im just lost
You need to check with your state's BON, but it seems logical the clock would tick from the time of exam rather than the time of application, or time check was received or cashed. But, please don't hastily retake the exam (or wait an excessively long time before retaking it). You're already feeling devastated (as you describe). The last thing you want to do is go back, less than prepared just to 'get it over with'. I've tutored those who failed twice or even three times--they are at a severe disadvantage, not because their knowledge base is weak, but because their confidence is shot and they are much more nervous than first (or even second time) test takers.Thank you, Patti_RN. Good advice. :) Can you answer the question I had too about 45 days of waiting to retest either by 45 days of date person took NCLEX, or date state recd $150 check or date Pearson recd $200 to rec aTT?
Thanks guys and we dont have a certain number of times we can take it. Im feeling much better now. Ive ordered new study material and i will definitely begin and get focused right away and will take the nclex as soon as i can. Trust me, I failed it once but i WILL NOT fail it again. I promise. Everything happens for a reason. I was looking for a job at first before i took the NCLEX but now Im so glad I didnt get one. The last thing I need is for supervisors to rush me into getting my license lol. Do you guys know if there is anywhere online that I can practice NCLEX math problems for free?

I have read somewhere on this forum that some people got the "bad" pvt trick and it turned up incorrect. Until you get the official result, keep good thoughts.
