Has anyone else applied to DePaul's MENP program for the Fall 2011 term? If so, has anyone heard back from them?
so I now have a link that says "for admitted students" under the menu section with all kinds of information about housing, financial aid, etc.
as far as my stats:
I graduated from UIUC in 2008 with a 3.2 in Community Health.
My post-bacc GPA was a 4.0.
I got a 1350 on my GRE with a 6.0 in writing.
I have worked full time as an EMT-B in the ER at Rush University Medical Center since I graduated.
I have also worked with the Rush ER research team on some studies that have been published in medical journals.
My campus connect had just the immunization tab on Friday but as of today has a link for "Admitted Students" with a bunch of stuff under it regarding orientation, next steps etc. As far as my stats, I graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2007 with a Business degree, I majored in Economics. Undergrad GPA was 3.4, post bacc is 4.0. Didn't take the GRE. Since graduation I've worked both in healthcare administration; IT, marketing etc., and most recently as a patient care coordinator/tech for two different types of clinics. I volunteer as a medical translator here and have volunteered in health clinics abroad in the past.
I'm curious when anyone will get an actual letter! I still have a prereq to finish this summer so I am eager to see how they word it and when they will want to see the last transcript.
@natinamarie I applied to Rush's GEM program for this summer and I was put on their waitlist. I figured that there isn't much chance of getting off that waitlist since Rush is the only program of it's kind in the Chicagoland area that has a summer start. Now I'm actually waiting to hear back from UIC before I accept or not.
